Dr. Gonzo is dead. Long live Dr. Gonzo! I've been a big fan of Hunter S Thompson since i first read 'Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas' and 'Fear and Loathing on the Campain Trail 72' when i was in 7th grade. When he stuck a gun in his mouth and blew his head off (at least, when i heard about it a few hours later) i was first deeply saddened and somewhat angry.. and then it suddenly made sense. 12 years of reagan/bush sr, eight years of Republican lite Clinton and then George W. Monkeyboy for another eight years? Jesus jabbering Christ! I don't really blame him for not wanting to know what comes next.
this is a picture of a tattoo i got while in Chico for T's surgery. the words around the gonzo fist thingie read 'It never got Weird enough".
